Ever heard of the game, Settlers of Catan? We hadn’t until we were contacted by a customer who wanted to explore the idea of having a Custom Sticks Game Table made to incorporate the Settlers of Catan. Typically, we say the artists at Sticks can make whatever you can dream up. In this case, we had to start with a little research.
First, we consulted Google and discovered that Settlers of Catan is a board game where players assume the roles of settlers, each attempting to build and develop holdings while trading and acquiring resources. Next, we ran out to the local toy store and bought the game so we knew what we were dealing with. What type of board is it? What are the pieces like? Could a version of this game work if we had Sticks develop a custom table, board and pieces?
After careful back and forth between Artcraft’s talented design staff and the even more talented artists at Sticks, we came up with a plan and were off and running. Check out how this awesome custom game table came out. Game on!
